SDG Action Campaign

The SDG Action Campaign has provided consultancy and in-kind support to UN75 from the very beginning of the project. The team worked as strategic partners to build  out key tools such our one-minute survey –  including its data visualization platform, a toolkit and guidance note for our consultations and various digital feedback loops to standardize data collection and synthesis. In addition they engaged their SDG constituencies to help us reach offline and grassroots communities.

“There seems to be this idea of inclusion being inviting other people to your party, as opposed to saying: we all want to have a party; what does that party look like for us?”

– Katlego Kolanyane-Kesupile, performance artist, musician, writer and LGBT activist from Botswana (middle picture above) speaks at a UN75 Dialogue on equality and inclusion, which discussed how the UN can better work with civil society, youth and other groups.

Through a series of UN75 dialogues, they engaged constituencies from youth climate activists to LGBTQI+ entrepreneurs and indigenous leaders from Ecuador to the Philippines.
